Buyer's rights and return policy.
According to the provisions of LAW 7/1996 of January 15, BOE January 17, 1996 on distance sales, you, as a buyer, will have the right to return the product within seven days after receipt of the order. In this case, the buyer must meet the direct return costs and, where appropriate, compensate for damage to the object of purchase. The material, in case of return, must be sent, prior notice to Ali i Truc Bookstore, in the original packaging of the product, and in perfect condition. In these cases, Ali i Truc Booksore will return the purchase money through a credit card payment or by bank transfer to the account indicated by the client.
If the delivered product shows defects, Ali i Truc Bookstore will also bear the cost of the change or repair (except in those cases in which the product purchased on the web has the manufacturer's warranty, in which case the client must follow the procedure and conditions indicated by the manufacturer).
If a product other than the one requested by the client was delivered by error from Ali i Truc Bookstore, it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the buyer.

In the case of international shipments, payment is accepted through Wester Union to the office indicated to the buyer after consulting pedidos@aliitruc.es.

Products out of stock
In those products for which www.aliitruc.es does not have stocks at that time, its intervention will be limited to channeling the request of the client to the distributor and, if the distributor confirms the existence of the product requested by the client, he/she may initiate the process for the acquisition of said product through this web portal based on the established terms and conditions.
